How much money do I need?

A 10-vehicle fleet at an illustrative $30,000 per vehicle is a $300,000 vehicle investment before insurance deposits, charging, branding and working capital. Most applicants pursue financing and contribute a down payment plus reserves. We ask applicants to be candid about available capital and credit range so we do not waste anyone's time.

Can the entire startup be financed?

Sometimes, and only for qualified applicants. We work with third-party lenders who may structure financing around approved startup costs rather than the vehicles alone. Every approval, rate, term and advance amount is determined by the lender, not by us. We cannot promise approval.

Why is the minimum 10 vehicles?

Below roughly ten vehicles it is very hard to keep reliable coverage across a territory while some cars are charging, cleaning or in maintenance. Ten units create enough availability to build local habit and brand awareness while staying manageable for a first-time operator.

Do I own the vehicles?

Yes. Vehicles are titled to your business, subject to any lender lien. We coordinate sourcing, delivery and registration; we are not the owner of your fleet.

Who provides the robotaxi technology?

Automakers and autonomous-driving technology providers do. We do not manufacture vehicles and we do not build self-driving software. Our role is to assemble the business around whichever approved vehicles and autonomy or ride-hailing platforms are commercially and legally available in your market.

How do customers book rides?

Through the ride-hailing or autonomous mobility platform your fleet is onboarded to, plus your own local demand channels such as hotel and business partnership links and QR codes. Booking rules and fares are set by the platform, not by us.

How are cars cleaned?

Through a scheduled cleaning program you either staff yourself or outsource through the platform: daily cleans, rapid turns between high-value rides, touch-point sanitation, odor remediation, lost-property checks, exterior washes and sensor-surface inspection.

Who handles insurance?

Licensed insurance brokers and carriers underwrite and issue the policy. We coordinate the process, help assemble the fleet information carriers require and keep it aligned with your launch timeline. Coverage, pricing and eligibility are determined by the carrier.

Who charges the vehicles?

You do, using the charging strategy we help design: home-base charging where feasible, plus a public and fast-charging plan. We analyze duty cycles and recommend equipment; installation is performed by licensed local electricians and charging vendors.

What happens if a vehicle needs repair?

Repairs run through the manufacturer's service network or approved local shops. Our fleet system tracks the alert, schedules the work, and shows the downtime so you can see the revenue impact. Warranty coverage is the manufacturer's responsibility.

How is my territory protected?

When a protected territory is awarded under the definitive agreement, we do not appoint another operator for that same protected territory. The precise boundaries, term, performance requirements and renewal conditions are defined in that agreement, which controls over anything on this website.

Can I own more than one territory?

Yes, subject to approval, performance in your existing territory and availability of the additional area.

Can I expand my fleet?

Yes. Operators commonly step from 10 to 20, 25, 50 and 100+ vehicles as demand and economics justify it. Expansion financing is again subject to lender approval.

How much can a territory generate?

We publish an illustrative model you can change: fleet size, vehicle cost, rides per vehicle per day, operating days and the local average competing fare. Those outputs are gross ride revenue before expenses. They are arithmetic, not a forecast of your results.

No. Nothing on this site is a guarantee, projection of your results, or an offer of a specific income. Actual results depend on fares, utilization, platform fees, financing costs, insurance, charging, cleaning, maintenance, taxes, regulation and how you operate the business.

What regulations apply to robotaxis?

Rules vary widely by state and city, and they are changing. Autonomous deployment, permits, safety-driver requirements, commercial vehicle licensing, accessibility rules and local for-hire ordinances may all apply. You are responsible for compliance in your market, with the help of qualified local counsel; we help identify the requirements to research.

What happens if autonomous operation is not yet legally available in my market?

The fleet launches in the compliant configuration available today, which in many markets means human-operated rides on established ride-hailing platforms, and transitions toward autonomous operation as vehicles, providers and regulators permit. This is the honest answer: the timing of autonomy in your city is not ours to control.
