What these numbers mean — and what they don't.
No earnings claims
Every financial figure on this website is an arithmetic illustration produced from assumptions you or we entered. It is not a forecast, a projection of your results, an offer, or a guarantee of revenue, profit or earnings. Actual results depend on fares, utilization, operating days, platform fees, financing costs, insurance, charging, cleaning, maintenance, taxes, regulation and your own management of the business. Many operators will earn less than the illustrations shown, and some may lose money.
How the illustrations are calculated
Gross ride revenue = your modeled fare × rides per vehicle per day × fleet size × operating days. The default model uses a $25 average competing fare, a modeled fare at 50% of it ($12.50), 35 rides per vehicle per day, 10 vehicles and 365 operating days, producing $4,375 per day and $1,596,875 per year in gross ride revenue before any expense. No operating costs, platform commissions, financing payments, depreciation or taxes are deducted in the gross figures.
What we are, and are not
CyberFlt is an independent launch and operations platform. We are not a vehicle manufacturer, an autonomous-driving technology provider, a ride-hailing platform, a lender, an insurance carrier or broker, an accounting firm, or a law firm, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such company. Vehicle names and platform names used descriptively remain the property of their owners.
Third-party dependencies
Vehicles are supplied by manufacturers and dealers. Autonomous capability is supplied and enabled by automakers and autonomy providers. Ride demand and fare-setting are controlled by the applicable ride-hailing or autonomous mobility platforms. Financing is approved and priced by third-party lenders. Insurance is underwritten and issued by licensed carriers through licensed brokers. Legal, tax and accounting advice comes from qualified independent professionals. We coordinate; we do not control these outcomes.
Regulation
Autonomous vehicle deployment, commercial for-hire operation, permitting, safety-operator requirements and accessibility obligations vary by state and municipality and are changing. Availability of autonomous operation in any specific market is not guaranteed and is not within our control. Operators are responsible for compliance in their market with the assistance of qualified local counsel.
Territory protection
Territory status shown on this website is indicative and may change without notice. Nothing on this site reserves a territory or creates any right. Territory protection, boundaries, term, performance requirements and renewal are governed solely by the executed definitive territory agreement, which controls over any statement made here.
Not an offer
This website is informational and is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy a franchise, business opportunity, security or investment. Where an offering registration or disclosure document is required by applicable law, no offer will be made except in compliance with that law and through the required documents.
